Training Remote (UK) Contract

About the role

If your idea of agile training is reading the Scrum Guide aloud, this isn’t the role for you. We need someone who teaches teams how to deliver, not just how to hold a stand-up.

Our clients come to us because something isn’t working. Maybe their sprints are a mess, maybe their “agile transformation” stalled at renaming managers to “Scrum Masters,” or maybe they just need someone to cut through the jargon and help them ship. That’s where you come in. You’ll work with real teams, in real situations, and help them find what works, not what looks good on a maturity model.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver Scrum, Kanban, and agile fundamentals training to client teams
  • Run workshops on estimation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
  • Coach leadership teams on agile adoption and organisational change
  • Develop and maintain training materials and workshop formats
  • Assess team maturity and recommend tailored learning paths

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Trainer
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
  • Experience delivering training to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong facilitation and workshop design skills
  • Pragmatic approach: you teach what works, not textbook theory
  • Comfortable challenging teams and leadership constructively
  • Track record of developing engaging course materials

Nice to have

  • CST, SPC, or ICAgile certifications
  • Experience coaching in a consultancy or multi-client environment
  • Understanding of DevOps and technical delivery workflows
  • SAFe or LeSS experience for enterprise-scale engagements
  • Experience with agile metrics and delivery forecasting

What we won’t ask you to do

  • Preach agile dogma like it’s a religion
  • Force Scrum on teams that would be better with Kanban
  • Deliver death-by-PowerPoint certification courses
  • Pretend every organisation needs a full SAFe implementation
  • Regurgitate theory to rooms full of people who’ve heard it all before
